Dr. Tammy Garcia isn’t your average healthcare provider—she’s a dual-certified, doctorate-prepared nurse practitioner with a heart for healing and a mind for mental health. With credentials in both Family Health and Psychiatric Mental Health across the lifespan, Dr. Tammy brings a rare and well-rounded approach to care that bridges the gap between physical wellness and emotional well-being.

Since 2012, she has been dedicated to mental health, with a specialized focus since 2014 on individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI).  Dr. Tammy provides treatment with both skill and sensitivity.

Dr. Tammy is a passionate educator, mentor, and mental health advisor. Dr. Tammy doesn't just treat conditions—she restores dignity, inspires learning, and leads with both expertise and empathy.

Clarence was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He has an extensive background in counseling and education, spending 3 years as a high school teacher. He later transitioned into tech, working as a project manager for a cloud-based IT solutions firm and a cybersecurity company.

As an AI consultant, he holds a certificate in generative AI. He is also a digital marketing professional with a growing portfolio of online ventures. In addition, he holds a SAFe Scrum Master certification, showcasing his commitment to Agile project management and team leadership.

Clarence graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Science in Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology at Broward College in Fort Lauderdale. He describes himself as a lifelong learner.

In his free time, he enjoys learning Spanish, playing the guitar, and spending time with friends and family. He is also a Cross-Fitter and a powerlifter.

Burnell Branch is the kind of creative professional who has had so many titles, LinkedIn once asked if he was duplicating someone else's resume.  Burnell’s career path has been anything but linear—but always aligned with one core principle: Be All In For The Team.

From a brief stint as a professional model to coordinating life for an NFL athlete, Burnell has done just about everything short of space travel (for now).  But it was in 2020 that he finally found his sweet spot behind the lens, discovering a passion for storytelling through photography and video.

Edward doesn’t just manage projects—he orchestrates Agile symphonies with precision. As an accomplished Agile Coach and IT pro, Edward has led elite teams through the maze of government and commercial programs. turning complexity into clarity and chaos into clean sprints.

He has worn many hats. At General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), he has taken on the roles of PMO Lead, Senior Scrum Master, and go-to guy for keeping large-scale transformations on time, on budget, and on point. Whether he’s wrangling roadmaps in Jira, strategizing in SharePoint, or sketching solutions in Visio, Edward brings a blueprint mindset to every mission.

Armed with SAFe certifications, an ITIL 4 Foundation badge, and a Top Secret clearance, Edward is fully prepped for high-stakes, high-impact work. With roots in government intelligence and electrical engineering, he blends big-picture strategy with technical know-how like a pro.

Sasha is a dedicated clinician with over a decade of experience in individual, family, and couples counseling, with specialized expertise in addiction treatment and psychiatric rehabilitation. She is commitment to supporting individuals in achieving meaningful recovery and independent living.

Throughout her career, Sasha has worked with diverse populations in a variety of settings, including private practice, rehabilitation centers, and community-based organizations. This broad clinical background has equipped her with a deep understanding of the unique challenges individuals and families face, allowing her to provide personalized, effective support.

Sasha is known for her compassionate approach and her dedication to helping clients build stronger, healthier relationships. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients are empowered to explore, heal, and grow.
